Policy Scope Statement
The purpose of the Policy Scope Statement is to guide the development of a new or revised policy, provide a summary of a proposed policy, and ensure that those who might be affected by a policy are identified, considered, and consulted.
Completing the Policy Scope Statement is the first step in the development of a new or revised policy. Click here to download the Policy Scope Statement to your computer. As you fill out the scope statement, delete the italicized guiding language. Remember to save the scope statement on your computer.
